When I was younger I always wanted to be like Wanda Woodward from Cry Baby to me she was the symbol of cool with her tight pencil skirts and polka dotted halter dress and her cry baby jacket. She was so beautiful and I always loved here babydoll bangs. I liked how she use to not take anything from anyone. i loved her mountains of blond hair and vintage cat eyeliner.
Definitely a classic look. The cateye liner has come back.

i love Wanda from Cry Baby... i recently went through the ordeal of dying my hair from almost black to blonde because i fell in love with her hair :)
